Bob White at the Police Hall of Fame

Bob White, Chairman | Bob White is a fourth generation Floridian who can still remember when Florida had a population of only six million people. His love for his native state and country drives him to be involved to the greatest extent possible in politics and policy at the local, state, and federal level. Bob served for 14 years as the Chairman of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Central East Florida. He has served as Chairman of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Florida for 8 years and was just elected in September of 2023 to another 2-year term as Chairman. In the 2018 election cycle Bob ran for Governor of Florida, finishing third out of eight candidates running in the Republican primary. Always active in his community Bob has served as a past Chairman of the Home Builders and Contractors Association of Brevard County and as a member of various Boards and Commissions, including the Brevard County Planning and Zoning Board, the County Charter Review Commission, and the County Affordable Housing Task Force. His church service has included Chairing the Administrative Council, the Board of Trustees, and the Building Committee. Bob and his wife Flo have been married for 25 years. They have been blessed with three wonderful children and five beautiful grandchildren.

Karyn Morton

Karyn Morton, Vice Chair | NE Florida RLC Chair and Vice Chairwoman. She is a talk host at Battleground News. She is the former Co-Founder & Vice President at Duval Republican Trump Club,Legislative Director at Floridians for Immigration Enforcement. Karyn has also served the Republican Party of Duval County as the Immediate Past Chairman, former vice chair and the Republican Party of Florida as a Duval State Committeewoman.

Amy Demi RLCFL SecretaryAmy Demi, Secretary | Amy Demi is a native New Mexican. Her mother escaped Czechoslovakia just before the communist were going  to invade. Her father is from an early ranching family that settled New Mexico; he was a State Senator. She has her BS from University of Cal, San Diego in Biology. She has a Masters Degree from New Mexico State University in Education. Her main work involved teaching computer and math classes at a community college in New Mexico. While her parents had both been in politics at different times, she had avoided politics especially while raising her children. When she saw the build up to push Covid and the MRNA vaccines, she knew she had to get involved. She is now the Chair for St John’s County RLC, a main volunteer for the Gerry James for FL Senate district 7 campaign, and recently she became the newly elected Secretary for RLC FL.  She believes we are fighting a Uniparty system and need a strong Freedom Caucus in Florida.

David Wallis, Treasurer | David Wallis serves as the Treasurer for the Republican Liberty Caucus of Florida. David is a Christian first and foremost. He is a 20-year Marine Corps veteran of multiple combat deployments. He has had a heart for giving back to his community and has been volunteer rural firefighter, reserve Sheriff Deputy, a 2A activist, held elected office both publicly and within the Republican party. After relocating to Pasco County in 2021, he reentered the political realm for the sole purpose of Constitutional Carry. His favorite motto is “The Bill of Rights are NOT a suggestion”.

Jessico Bowman

Jessico Bowman, Webmaster | Currently serving as that National Secretary for the Republican Liberty Caucus. Appointed as Webmaster for RLCFL. Former Deputy Treasurer of the Lake Federated Republican Women’s Club. Graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Agricultural Business & Economics. Jessico is a small business owner and real estate investor with over a decade of global corporate experience in the financial & insurance industry in management, industry research, telecommunications, graphic & illustrative design, systems analytics and operations technology. Jessico is a wife to her soulmate Charles, an avid animal lover, and an active mom of two boys with a passion for volunteerism in her children’s education and extracurricular activities.

Andy Dubois

Andy Dubois, Legislative Affairs Director | Appointed as a member to the RLCFL Communications & Public Relations Committee. Andy currently serves as the Chairman of the Lake-Sumter RLC. Andy’s activism in preserving liberty was galvanized in 2009 with the rise of the grassroots Tea Party movement. Working in concert with his local Republican Party Executive Committee in a variety of roles, Andy enthusiastically embraced policy and election strategies over the past decade. In 2019, Andy was one of several who founded the Republican Liberty Caucus Lake-Sumter which is chartered to work within the Republican Party to advance the foundational principles required for American self-government. These principles include Constitutionally limited government, preservation of individual liberty, and free-market capitalism. Andy lives with his wife, Marie, in Howey in the Hills, Florida.

Media Relations Director, Josiah Gattle

Josiah Gattle, Media Relations Director | Josiah is a conservative leader with a strong track record in Republican politics. He currently chairs the Republican Liberty Caucus of Brevard and has held key positions within the Space Coast Young Republicans and the Young Republicans National Federation. Josiah’s dedication to the conservative cause is evident through his extensive volunteer work for Republican candidates, where he has knocked on over 50,000 doors to promote conservative values. He is also an advocate for issues like the Second Amendment, tax cuts, and balanced budgets, regularly participating in local government meetings to represent his community’s concerns. His education includes a Juris Doctor degree, an MBA, and a background in political science, further enhancing his qualifications as a leader. Josiah’s commitment to his community extends beyond politics, as he is a small business owner, a lifelong resident of Brevard County, and actively involved in various community organizations. Josiah’s deep roots in Brevard County, along with his wife’s profession in Pediatric Physical Therapy at Brevard Public Schools, underscore their commitment to the community where they own a home and plan to raise a family.

Kevin Wright Director at Large for the Republican Liberty Caucus of Florida

Kevin Wright, Director at Large | Kevin is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with over 24 years of active-duty service and two combat deployments to Iraq in 1991 and again in 2006 and assignments in Germany, Kansas, California, Texas, Georgia, Virginia, and Kentucky.  From 1995-96 he was the US Army TRADOC liaison to the Israeli Defense Forces.  He was commissioned in Armor from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York in 1983. Since military retirement, Kevin has engaged in local, regional, state, and national politics first with the Tea Party in 2008 and the Republican Party since 2015 serving as a Georgia state, district and county committeeman, 1st VC of his county party and in support of multiple campaigns and issue advocacy.  Kevin has been a National Republican Liberty Caucus member since 2018, chartered and served as chair of the Manatee County Republican Liberty Caucus and was elected a RLC-FL Director at Large in August 2023.  Prior to that he chartered and chaired the Cherokee County Republican Assembly and later the Manatee Sarasota Republican Assembly. He was a Manatee County Republican Executive Committee (MCREC) member 2019-2020.  He has lobbied the Georgia and Florida state legislatures on behalf of Concerned Veterans for America, Americans for Prosperity, Term Limits USA and the Republican Liberty Caucus. Kevin has extensive instructional experience since military retirement in 2007, as adjunct faculty at Columbus State University, Perimeter College of Georgia State University, Georgia Military College, Keiser University-Tampa Florida Campus and was an online professor of American Government for Arizona State University Global Campus.  Kevin was a full time ROTC instructor at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Five years service as a high school Senior Army Instructor in Georgia and Florida and substitute teacher K-12 and homeschool cooperative instructor.  Kevin is a certified educational consultant/presenter and former financial services distributor. Wright’s military education includes the Armor Officer Basic, Mortar Platoon Leader, Armor Officer Advanced, Airborne, and Command and General Staff College.  He was awarded a master’s degree in political science from the University of Louisville in May 2007. Wright is a lifetime member of Disabled American Vets, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Military Order of World Wars and the American Legion. He hosts a local weekly video podcast, Facebook page and newsletter called Military Matters whose purpose is to educate and inform the community while honoring those who serve and have served the nation in military uniform.  Kevin can be heard on Salem Radio’s America’s Third Watch with Captain Matt Bruce every Tuesday and Thursday morning 5-5:45am. Kevin is the son of a career enlisted Air Force service member and one of three children. Both parents are deceased.  Kevin is married to the former Robyn Dickens, who retired after 34 years of civil service in March 2013 at Fort Benning, Georgia.  Kevin and Robyn live in Bradenton, Florida. Kevin has three adult children:  John, Stephen and Caitlin of Wichita Falls Texas, stepson, Steven Powell, KY and three grandchildren.

John Weiler

John Weiler, Director at Large | John is a lifelong Republican Patriot and defender of Liberty. He is a registered Professional Engineer and retired Corporate Executive, with a background in Nuclear Engineering and Physics. John serves as the Brevard County Republican Executive Committee District 2 Chairman and has been an RLCCEF member and director for over 12 years He has also served as Chairman of the Liberty Catalyst Fund. and has been an active member of the RLCFL lobby days effort. In addition he is a Director of Space Coast Patriots.

Celeste Ellich

Celeste Ellich, Director at Large | Celeste Ellich is the former vice-Chair and Secretary of the Broward Republican Party. Currently a Florida Director for the Republican Liberty Caucus and Vice Chair for the Broward RLC chapter. Generally works on at least one campaign per cycle. First ever was Ronald Reagan for president in Texas (1980). After that Celeste enlisted in the US Navy. That brought her to Orlando for boot camp where she was appointed as the Master At Arms for her training company. First and only duty station was NAS Key West. She flew on Search and Rescue missions with the safety officer while waiting for training. Then attended Intelligence Specialist schooling and worked towards the Grenada Invasion (1983). Celeste has lobbied on Capitol Hill for River Action Day and also in Tallahassee for Americans For Prosperity. Recognized for Leadership skills as president of several different organizations. Appointed as Forman to serve on a federal grand jury for two years. Involved with her church as a Women’s Guild member and lector and also worked on their 5K race committee. Current Vice President of Republican Federated Women of South Florida.  Past president of the Broward Women’s Republican Club, Federated and District Representative for the Florida Federation of Republican Women. Getting back into uniform, Celeste is a board member of the American Legion Post 36 and Honor Guard, Color Guard, Firing Squad. Veterans issues are very Important to her. She works with Concerned Veterans for America. Celeste Ellich lives in Wilton Manors and knows all about the trials and tribulations of running in Broward for public office. One campaign cycle she was seen going door to door for all Republican candidates although her own race for commission was non partisan. A life long Republican that works for the good of the party above all else.

Mary Helms Big Bend Director for the Republican Liberty Caucus of FloridaMary Helms, Big Bend Regional Director | Mary Helms has lived in Florida for 39 years.  She is a three time successful small business owner as a Florida Landscape Contractor and Designer, Interior Designer and Realtor.  Long time residents of the Sarasota/Manatee area, she and her husband recently moved to the northern woods and waters of Franklin County.  Now retired from business Mary is the Chairwoman for the Franklin County Republican Liberty Caucus, is the regional director of the Central North RLCFL and serves on the legislative committee for the RLCFL.  She also serves as an alternate for the FC Republican Executive Committee.  Mary is helping in the fight to preserve liberty, freedom, our state and country’s sovereignty, our precious US Constitution and the protection of our God given rights.

Marshall Clayton RawsonMarshall Rawson, North Central Regional Director | Marshall Clayton Rawson, 31, is a Christian, a Florida native, husband and father of three. A former collegiate decathlete, and a liberty advocate who, during undergrad, helped lead many initiatives, such as campus carry which soon later spread in several states across the South. Marshall has been a strong advocate across Florida and elsewhere for numerous issues including as a taxpayer advocate, heritage defense, 2nd Amendment, immigration reform, state sovereignty, Florida agriculture and our environment. Marshall currently serves as the Chairman of a tri-county Republican Liberty Caucus chapter in North Central Florida. He is the owner of Free State Growers, a multi-county agricultural business located in North Florida, and is currently a JD Candidate in his last semester of law school where he plans to specialize in Corporate, Tax and Land-Use law. Marshall is a graduate of Jacksonville University.

Ken MorrowKen Morrow, Northeast Regional Director | Ken is a Citizen Activist and Member. As Past President of FLIMEN (Floridians for Immigration Enforcement), Ken worked with FAIR, (Federation for American Immigration Reform) and Florida Legislators to pass Florida’s Anti-Sanctuary Policy Bill, SB 168 and Verification of Employment Eligibility, CS/CS/CS/SB 664. He is a member of (ASA) American Suppressor Association, the (CSPOA) Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, (FPC) Firearms Policy Coalition, GOA (Gun Owners of America), Heritage Action for America (Florida Sentinel), Heritage Foundation, Judicial Watch, NRA (Life Member), Member of North Florida Chapter of Safari Club International, the River City Republican Club, the (SAF) Second Amendment Foundation, and a supporter of NumbersUSA. Ken is an active volunteer for Concerned Veterans for America, and We Can Be Heroes Foundation. He has previously served as the County Co-Chair, Duval County, Team Florida – Donald J. Trump for President, and a volunteer of Congressman Ted Yoho for Congress. Ken is a member of the Clay County Republican Executive Committee, Republican Men of Clay, and the Founding Secretary of the former Duval Trump Club. He also managed the 2020 Clay County Republican Campaign office. He is a Constitutionalist and advocate for the Second Amendment and Immigration Enforcement.

Willie MontagueDr. Willie J. Montague, Central East Regional Director | Willie also serves as the Chairman of the Orange County RLC. Congressional Candidate for FL-10. Willie is the current overseer of the New Creation Assembly of Churches, the Lead Pastor at Gravity Church, the President of Insignia Christian Academy, Founder & President at House of Timothy, the chancellor of Victory School of Ministry, and the Founder of a mentorship program known as Element 26. Willie  mentors young adults, removing negative conitation towards “At Risk Youth”, averaging 50+ mentees at a time. Wille biannually hosts community outreach events in Downtown Orlando to feed and provide for over one hundred homeless, underprivileged locals. Willie resided in India for 5 months, where he served to further develop the community and start a church. Willie retains international relations with pastors in Pakistan – he is coordinating and aiding in the construction of an orphanage. Willie is a motivational speaker. His speaking platforms include: Oral Roberts University, the Rotary Club, Aglow International, and many other organizations involved in the political scene. Willie has authored The Fruits of Leadership, which focuses on formulating and illustrating the actions, attitudes, and attributes of leaders from all walks of life.

John Carroll

John Carroll, Central West Regional Director | Appointed as the National Membership Chairman for the RLCFL. John is also is serving as the Assistant Secretary for the Florida Young Republicans. Born in Long Island New York, John moved to Florida in 2004 when he was 15, where he joined his school’s Navy JROTC Program. It was there that he learned the importance of Service to Country, and the Protection of the Constitution. John served in the United States Army Military Police with a 15-month deployment to Iraq, 10+ Years in the Coast Guard Auxiliary, and a previous career working in Government & Studying Politics. John Graduated from Saint Leo University with a BA in History & Political Science and an Undergraduate Certificate in Homeland Security. John became the Communications Director for the Tampa Bay RLC not long after becoming a member. In 2019, he was elected Regional Director for West Central Florida; where he served until being elected in 2021 as a Director At Large of the Florida RLC.

Robert Sutton

Robert Sutton, Southeast Regional Director | Robert also serves as a National Board Member Republican Liberty Caucus and Chairman of the Broward County RLC. Robert is the Principal of R.B.E.D.,Inc. and President of the Florida Atlantic Conservative Team, LLC., a member of the Republican Business Council, Chairman of Trump Team 2020 Florida Leadership Committee, and Treasurer of the Trump Team 2020 Florida Republican Club. Robert has previously served as, and is now the former, Chairman of Congressional District 22, Chairman of the Broward Republican Executive Committee, Presidential Delegate (in 2016), Acting Chairman Congressional District 20, Vice Chairman Broward Republican Executive Committee, and Precinct Committeeman EOO7. Robert has been married to his wife, Teresa, for over 30 years. Robert and Teresa have three exceptional children who make them proud every day. Robert’s number one strength is his ability to take an abstract thought, reduce it to a writing, and bring the concept to the market place. His favorite quote is: “I hear you, I believe what you say, but I can only measure your results”. Robert works in the modalities of Strategic Business Planning, Resource Brokerage, Product Placement,Education, and Social Policies.

Christopher CarmanChris Carmen, Southwest Regional Director | Born in Sarasota, FL, the second of a set of twins, Christopher Carman has a passion and love for politics. His love of politics and getting involved stems from early participation in the cub scouts and the Boy Scouts of America Program where Christopher became and is an Eagle Scout with 24 Merit Badges and 3 palms (the highest honor one can achieve in Scouting). Christopher has been extremely active in all levels of politics since he registered to vote in May of 1987 in fact he has a 100% voter participation in every election he has been eligible for since then (over 73). Christopher is currently a member of the Manatee County Republican Executive Committee and the Manatee County Republican Liberty Caucus where he has been the membership chair since the local chapter formed in March of 2021. Christopher was most recently elected as a member of the RLC Florida to the position of the Regional Director for Central West Florida which covers from Citrus County in the North and Sarasota County in the Sound.
